The Francophone community in Ottawa’s west end will now be able to receive primary care in their own language at the Maison de la francophonie d’Ottawa, thanks to the new Montfort Ottawa West Community Family Health Team.

Le processus de planification stratégique de Montfort pour 2024-2028, élaboré autour d’une mobilisation sans précédent des communautés, a été reconnu à titre de pratique exemplaire par l’Organisation de normes en santé (HSO) et Agrément Canada. Il s’agit de la 14e pratique exemplaire décernée à Montfort depuis 2013 par ces organisations nationales et internationales de référence en qualité et sécurité des soins.
