Lost and found

Any items found in the hospital are turned in to security. If you find an item that does not belong to you on the grounds of Montfort, we ask that you bring it to the security department in the main entrance. 

To reach Security :

  • call 613-746-4621, ext. 2634
  • or go to room 1A150 in the main entrance of the hospital. 

We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the hospital.
