Aline-Chrétien Health Hub

The Aline-Chrétien Health Hub is a unique and innovative model that will bring a wide range of specialized and community healthcare services under one roof. There, residents of the greater Orléans area, from newborns to seniors, have access to integrated programs close to home, focused on their needs and offered in both official languages.

The Aline-Chrétien Health Hub is a collaborative effort between the following service providers:

• Bruyère
• CHEO
• Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre
• Geriatric Psychiatry Community Services of Ottawa
• GreenShield
• Hôpital Montfort
• Ontario Health atHome
• Ottawa Public Health
• ParaMed
• Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa

The concept of the Health Hub enables these partners to work together in order to offer complementary care. For the client, this improves the coordination of services, provides easier access to care and minimizes travelling.
