Finding my way in the hospital
Upon your arrival at Montfort, you will be greeted by volunteers or staff members who can help you find your way around the building.
In order for them to be able to guide you, make sure you know the room number, the care unit or the service you need to go to.
A directory of services is also available at the entrance and will help you find the location of your appointment or visit.
Throughout the hospital, you will be able to follow the signage by the color and letter of the wings as well as the room numbers located on the walls and ceiling.
Do not hesitate to ask a staff member for help if you are lost.
Access to the hospital at night
Between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., access to the main entrance is controlled to ensure security. Use the intercom, located right next to the main entrance door, to access the hospital.
To access the Emergency Department, head towards the Emergency Department entrance, located a short distance from the main entrance, towards Montreal Road.
