Organ and tissue donation

In collaboration with the Trillium Gift of Life Network, we have made it our mission to create a culture that supports informed decisions about organ and tissue donation. We also help patients and their families advance toward the gift of life.

More than 1,500 Ontarians are waiting for life-saving organ transplant but only 30 % of Ottawa residents have registered their consent to be donors. It takes only 2 minutes to register, but could save up to 8 lives and enhance 75 more through tissue donation.

Discuss organ and tissue donation with your family. Be sure they know what your decision is and incite them to register as well.
