New patient satisfaction survey

Ottawa, July 4, 2023 – Montfort adopts a new online survey platform to measure patient satisfaction.

Patient feedback is essential to the continuous improvement of the quality of care and services at Hôpital Montfort, and we know how important it is for our patients and their loved ones to be able to share their experience with us.

Previously, patients who had stayed at Montfort received a survey in the mail. This method has not been used for some time now, and a new survey platform has been chosen to administer these questionnaires from now on, for the whole province of Ontario.

Starting this week, patients who have received care in certain areas at the hospital or at the Aline-Chrétien Health Hub will receive an invitation to complete a new survey about their experience at Montfort. 

The surveys will now be administered by the polling firm Qualtrics and will be sent to patients by e-mail, some time after their discharge or visit.
