Investigation by the Ottawa Police

Hôpital Montfort is actively working with the Ottawa Police in an investigation involving a member of our staff who has been charged with two sexual offences. The offenses in question involve adult women, who were patients at the time.

We take this situation very seriously. The person under investigation is suspended and does not have access to the hospital.

Please note that services are being maintained in all areas of the hospital.

We understand that our patients, their families and the community at large may have concerns as a result of this news. We want to reassure the community of our commitment to providing exceptional services in a safe environment in all areas of the hospital.
