- Tips for your prenatal teams sessions
-
To get the best experience during your prenatal information sessions on Microsoft Teams, we recommend:
- Using the Microsoft Teams app instead of the web version. If the app isn’t available, use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Keeping your device and app up to date before the session.
- Using a headset with a microphone for better audio quality.
- Ensuring a stable internet connection and closing apps that use a lot of bandwidth (streaming, downloads, etc.).
Following these tips will help ensure the best audio and video quality during your prenatal sessions.
