Departure of Mélanie Dubé, Vice-President of Finance at Hôpital Montfort

It is with mixed emotion that Dr. Bernard Leduc, President and CEO of Hôpital Montfort, announced the upcoming departure of Mélanie Dubé, who has been Vice President, Performance, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer since July 2017, and working at Montfort since 1999.

In August 2023, Mélanie will join the Bruyère team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Services and Redevelopment.

During her career at Montfort, Ms. Dubé has distinguished herself through her outstanding commitment, knowledge of best practices in finance and business strategy, and understanding of the challenges of the hospital sector.

"We thank Mélanie for the excellent work she has done," said Dr. Leduc in a statement to Montfort staff. "Please join me in wishing her every success in her new endeavors. Her move from Montfort to Bruyère will also be an opportunity to increase the great collaboration that already exists between our two teaching hospitals."

Recruitment for her replacement will begin shortly.
