Montfort named one of the region's top employers for 6th time

Ottawa, March 4, 2025 - Montfort, Ontario's Francophone academic hospital, has once again been named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers by Mediacorp. This year marks Montfort's 10th year since first being recognized as one of the best places to work in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

This distinction highlights the innovative elements that make Montfort a sought-after, supportive, diverse, and inclusive environment. These include programs such as language skills enhancement, unique activities such as micro-naps, and improved staff satisfaction and retention.

The National Capital Region's Top Employers competition was launched in 2006 to recognize Ottawa-Gatineau employers who are at the forefront of their field by offering exceptional workplaces.
