Montfort named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers once again
Ottawa, February 6, 2024 – Montfort, Ontario's Francophone Academic Hospital, is once again named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers, a ranking by Mediacorp. This is the fifth time that Montfort receives this recognition, which recognizes employers offering exceptional workplaces in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
This distinction highlights elements that make Montfort a healthy, diverse and inclusive workplace of choice that promotes wellness in the workplace, including offering staff access to Recharjme rest cabins, on-site therapy dog visits, free access to an on-site fitness center and participation in a mental health challenge to encourage healthy lifestyles.
