Accessing your Echoworx account

To enhance the security of our shared documents, we have implemented a new electronic delivery method to protect the confidentiality and security of information.

To access the files, you will be asked to create an account through the Echoworx platform. This ensures that only authorized recipients can access the content.

Before starting

Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or tablet.

Using 2 devices (recommended)
  1. On one of your devices, open the secure email.
  2. Click the link in the email.
  3. Create your Echoworx account (fill in the required fields), then sign in.
  4. Generate the QR code by clicking “+” in the Authenticator App section.
  5. On your second device:
  6. Open Microsoft Authenticator.
    1. Scan the QR code.
    2. Copy the 6-digit code generated by the app and paste it into Echoworx.

Access confirmed: You can now access your secure emails and documents.

Using 1 device
  1. On your device, open the secure email.  
  2. Click the link in the email.
  3. Create your Echoworx account (fill in the required fields), then sign in.
  4. Generate the QR code by clicking “+” in the Authenticator App section.
  5. Copy the secret key
  6. In Microsoft Authenticator:
    1. Tap Add account.
    2. Select Enter code manually.
    3. Fill in the required field 
      1. Name : Echoworx 
      2. Key : paste the secret key
  7. Copy the 6-digit code generated by the app and paste it into Echoworx.

Access confirmed: You can now access your secure emails and documents.
