A new calendar is prepared three times a year, offering a variety of activities focusing on physical health, mental health, nutrition, social life and art.et artistique. 

  • On-site physical fitness activities (at reduced cost): Bootcamp, Zumba, Kickboxing, and more

  • Painting workshops, Spanish courses, chocolate-making workshops, community activities ($), and more
