Ms. Suzanne Robichaud
Vice-President of Clinical Programs and Chief Nursing Officer
Ms. Suzanne Robichaud holds the position of Vice-President of Clinical Programs and Chief Nursing Officer at Montfort since July 2016.
She has over 25 years of experience in management in a clinical setting, including five years as Vice-President of Primary Health Care at Vitalité Health Network, located in New Brunswick. She was responsible for six hospitals, three community health centres and seven health centres, and managed a budget of over $100 million during her mandate there.
Ms. Robichaud’s career has evolved within minority Francophone settings, both in New Brunswick and Eastern Ontario.
Indeed, she started her career as a nurse in the Ottawa region before becoming manager of the Montfort medical department and the emergency, between 1991 to 1995. She then worked for 10 years in telehealth and telemedicine for the Régie régionale de la santé Beauséjour, including two years as director of telehealth and research.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Robichaud has given many presentations and trainings, both nationally and internationally, and was a lecturer on emerging health technologies at Université de Moncton. She has also chaired and sat on several boards of directors and associations, such as the Secrétariat international des infirmières et infirmiers de l’espace francophone (SIDIIEF) since 2017.
She was the recipient of the Award of Merit from the Nurses Association of New Brunswick for her contribution to innovative health programs, leadership and teamwork.
