Linda McLean, PhD
Dr. Linda McLean graduated from McGill University in Physiotherapy (1990). She obtained her Master of Engineering (Electrical) degree in 1995, and her doctoral degree in 1998, both from the University of New Brunswick. She was a professor at Dalhousie University (1998-2002) and Queen’s University (2002-2014), where she was full professor in charge of the post-graduate studies program in Rehabilitation Sciences. She became a full professor at the University of Ottawa in 2014 and, since 2017, holder of its Research Chair in Women’s Health. She is tasked with multiple assignments at the University of Ottawa (Physical Activity, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences and Population Health programs) and at Laval and Queen’s universities.
